Senior Bioanalytical Scientist (100%)
To strengthen our growing bioanalytical team, we are seeking a permanent, full-time Senior Bioanalytical Scientist with advanced hands-on experience in bioanalytical assay development, validation, and execution for biologics.
Your Role
You will join a highly specialized, collaborative laboratory environment and take a leading scientific role in bioanalytical projects supporting pre-clinical and clinical development programs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Development, optimization, validation, and execution of bioanalytical assays for biologics
- Hands-on work with immunoassays and cell-based assays, including PK, PD, potency, biomarker, and immunogenicity assessments
- Application of platforms such as ELISA, MSD, AlphaLISA, Gyrolab, flow cytometry, and cell-based assay systems
- Interpretation, critical review, and reporting of data in a regulated (GxP) environment
- Preparation of validation documents, reports, SOPs, and study documentation
- Scientific troubleshooting and method refinement
- Close collaboration with the internal team, QA, and international clients
- Contribution to project planning and scientific discussions with sponsors
Your Profile
- Master’s degree (or higher) in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Pharmacology, or related discipline
- Several years of hands-on experience (typically ≥3–5 years) in bioanalytical laboratories within industry or CRO environments
- Strong expertise in immunoassays and/or cell-based bioassays
- Solid understanding of PK/PD, immunogenicity, and bioanalytical method validation
- Experience working under GxP conditions (GLP/GCP/GMP)
- High level of scientific rigor, accuracy, and documentation quality
- Ability to work independently, while contributing effectively to multidisciplinary teams
- Fluent English (written and spoken); German is an advantage

Lab Operations Assistant (50-80%)
To support the smooth and compliant operation of our laboratories, we are seeking a permanent Lab Operations Assistant who is highly organized, reliable, and experienced in regulated laboratory environments.
Your Role
You will play a key operational role in ensuring that laboratory infrastructure, samples, equipment, and documentation are managed efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with laboratory scientists, QA, and management.
Your responsibilities will include:
Sample and Reagent Management
- Receipt, labelling, registration, and documentation of samples and reagents
- Accurate management of sample and reagent inventories
- Preparation and shipment of samples in accordance with applicable regulations and protocols
Laboratory Supplies and Inventory
- Monitoring stock levels of consumables and reagents
- Ordering and tracking supplies to ensure uninterrupted laboratory operations
Laboratory Equipment and Infrastructure
- Coordination and documentation of routine maintenance, calibration, and servicing
- Maintenance of complete and audit-ready equipment records
- Writing, updating, and reviewing equipment-related SOPs
Documentation and Compliance
- GxP-compliant documentation of all activities (GLP, GCP, GMP as applicable)
- Maintenance of organized logs and records to support audits and inspections
Your Profile
- Education in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field (apprenticeship, associate, or bachelor’s degree)
- Strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy and reliability
- Familiarity with basic laboratory techniques and laboratory equipment
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with scientists and QA
- Prior experience in a regulated laboratory environment (GLP, GCP, GMP) is highly desirable
- Fluent German (written and spoken)
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
