EnSpire multimode plate reader

The PerkinElmer EnSpire multimode plate reader is a very flexible tool, which enables several detection methods for bioanalytical applications.
The EnSpire Reader is eligible for classical detection methods like Absorbance, Luminescence and Fluorescence. In addition it is an ideal instrument for advanced detection methods like Time-Resolved Fluorescence (TRF), Ultrasensitive luminescence and Alpha Technology. Our EnSpire reader enables measurement of cell-based assays and immunoassays with colorimetric, fluorescence or luminescence readouts and satisfies IBR Inc. high standards for sensitivity, accuracy, precision and speed.

The Reader provides the following features:

Microplate Reader MRX

The Dynatech MRX photometer is a microprocessor-controlled Microplate Reader. It is designed to measure the optical density (OD) in 96-well microplates.

The Reader provides the following features:

  • Equipped with Revelation™ software (DYNEX Technologies) which supports Endpoint, Kinetic, & Agglutination assays, and data analysis
  • Single and dual wavelength reading modes
  • Selection of up to six filter wavelengths
  • Temperature Control option

Advanced detection modes

Complementing the classical detection modes, the advanced Time-Resolved Fluorescence (TRF) and proximity detection modes like TR-FRET and AlphaTechnology widen up the ways to detect biomolecular interactions and functions.
